Ice, I agree with your response protocols for type I posters. We need to start implementing this right away. JS is back and in 3.5 hrs he has posted 12 of the 23 messages the thread has received. Of these 12 messages I believe 5 are type I and several of the other ones have nothing to do with Iomega. Take a look at exchange2000.com Also look at #19218,19225,19230, and 19234. Something I hadn't considered earlier is that some of our fellow Iomegans may just like to argue like children and may actually enjoy seeing the posts from JS. If this is true then our efforts here are doomed. Stan
