Crunch the numbers: assuming 10% of the people are going to exploit this service. Average $50.00 per person. This equates to a good cash flow scenario.
With 10,000,000 shares out there, at 2% revenue, this equates to $0.18 per share per year with 50k rooms or $0.36 per share at 100k rooms. That, in the real world isn't bad. In fact pretty decent. This is one deal only in the works.
