Wow, clearly a natural fit - food sanitation and diodes! Wow, the new management team from the last hyped merger earlier this year had a lot of staying power & accomplishments! Only question is this a modern equivilent of the clear communications from the oracle of delphi? <<, for acquisition of SemcoLABS (TM) by ISC. The completed merger is anticipated to be finalized within the next 10 business days, with the current shareholders of SemcoLABS (TM) acquiring approximately an 85 percent interest in ISC.>> Quick poll - who many think both sentances make sense, especially placed next together. ISC acquires SemcoLABS, but SEmcoLABS gets 85% of the stock of ISC. Now, does that include the shares of the other shell that ISSM/ISC merged with in the last shell game?
