Well, it's not an easy thing to understand. But I took some time on that post, and I believe that if you just take it one paragraph at a time, and pretend you own Wal-Mart, or want to make money if Wal-Mart goes up by buying some options on Wal-Mart, you should get it.

If not, just let me know where you got stalled.
