Interesting nihil, 100 million huh! Wow! I would never have guessed that high. A couple of people who I work with have taken classes at the Junior College level online. One told me it was the toughest class he ever took. Something like 3-5 hours online a night was required. Another trend which is growing rapidly is telecom classrooms hooked together around the nation. We recently started one where I work with Old Dominion University toward a teaching certificate, as well as an engineering degree. A paradigm shift related to the delivery of knowledge is upon us. Some colleges who show real leadership with embrace this change and prosper from it, while others will suffer, or disappear entirely. Michael p.s. I am seriously jealous that you studied sampling under Deming! What a treat that must have been!
