They destroyed every drop of evidence that they thought might incriminate them both with the tanks , and then the tapes I have
also show ATF agents picking trough every thing, this was before
the Texas rangers were allowed in there. Also the fire
investigator that came up with his crap, ( his wife works for
the ATF , or did at the time ) he made the report say exactly
what they wanted.

What they didn't see or recognize was the 40mm
casing , but it was in a photo they took, and they missed seeing
it, that's a lot of what the new news is about. The casing did
wind up with the Texas Rangers, but they are trying to spin
that they only fired at the underground bunker, however the
photo shows that one of the casings was right by the butane tank
inside the building. It's been a big pack of lies from
the get go, this is one that now has them on the hot seat,
and the more they spin it the worse they will make it.
--------------------
By the way, the very first shot fired was most likely an
accident, but the grunts up at the Front of the building
didn't know it and had been hyped up and spooked by their
leaders that they just paniced when an agents gun
around on the side went off. ( by accident ) there is no
way this can be for certain but it is the most likely.
An officer going up the ladder pulled his 9mm out ( they don't
have a safety , and he damm near shot himself in the leg )
but on one tape I have you can see the smoke from the gun
and he grabs his leg and almost falls off the ladder, but
then goes on up.
From the sequence of events this looks like the first shot
fired. Most of the grunts had never seen or been around any
"real" gun fire, saying they got scared is putting it mildly
I have tapes that show pure Terror on the faces of some.

They just went nuts, but then I'm convinced some in
that upper echelon was counting on it, just not so
much of of it, ( the tip off call was wire tapped too..but you know they won't let the public hear it)
and I bet it was not some tip off from a friend. ( more than likely
it was a real sinister "are you ready to die we are coming" type
call.
( the ATF had the phone tapped for some time before this went
down , but they won't make the tapes public as they know it
might show David was being pushed into a defensive posture
by threats; they played him like a violin and set him up)

I've seen the tactics used by several police units.
Hell I used it once myself to try and get a gun in the hand
of a SOB , and had he done it I would have dropped him cold,
But he was a "real" SOB not some mixed up 28 yr old beliving
he could save the world.
