The first chips coming out at 0.18 should run
at 850 or 900 MHz.


Don't count on it. I suspect the 0.25u transistors currently in use are very similar to the 0.18u ones, and that going to 0.18u Al will have more to do with die size than performance. I expect one or two speed bumps initially in the range of 750-800 Mhz. But that's just a guess.
