Steve Randall has over 30 years of investment banking, e-commerce,
marketing and regulatory experience encompassing both traditional
and Internet casinos. Mr. Randall met the background qualifications
for casino principals and operators established by the New Jersey
Casino Control Commission on July 1, 1991. As the principal of his
own marketing company, which was issued a Casino Service Industry
License, he provided marketing services to major casinos in Atlantic
City, NJ. Mr. Randall previously served as Co-Chairman of Advanced
Information Marketing (A.I.M), a pioneer database company, as
Executive Vice President of Direct Communications Group, Inc. and
as President of Direct Marketing Concepts, Inc.

government service. Steve has held both elected and appointed
offices in New York State including: Treasurer of the New York State
Water Authority of Great Neck North; Commissioner of Police of
Kensington, N.Y.; 3-Term Mayor of Kensington, N.Y.; Board Member
of Bronx County New York Overall Economic Development. An
experienced Internet and casino marketing executive, he provided
strategic planning and consulting services in the 1996 formation of
CyberLuck Curacao, which included the drafting and negotiation of

Director ? Dr. Claus G. J. Wagner-Bartak. Listed in the Canadian
Who?s Who, Dr. Wagner-Bartak is an accomplished, internationally

positions with B. A. Technologies as Director and Chief Operating
Officer (previously President and CEO), Energy Dynamics Inc. as
President, and with Manco Information Technology Inc. as Managing
