Hershel, Thanks for your thoughts. I have been lurking in the shadows here and appreciate yours, Garys, and others insights. Please keep up the good discussion. << I mean, you would think PWJ would refrain from writing upbeat things about the NITE-MER deal, yet the report seems very objective and unemotional, showing no signs of sour grapes. >> Why is this surprising? Throwing arrows or having sour grapes over a holding of theirs that they want to go up would not be a good response. ;-) I assume PW still has a big chunk from the underwriting, etc... when they are done selling, i assume we will see their downgrade. But, merrill's upgrade? ;-) all imho pigboy
