Come to think of it, doesn't the NASD have some impending "eligibility" requirements, related to regular reportings to the SEC, for continued quotation listing that may relate to FAMH in November? Hope someone can remember some more details on this regulatory issue and it's potential impact. Bob They have to become "fully reporting", and the required paperwork must be filed prior to the scheduled de-listing date......early enough to allow for a 60 day SEC review period.
