What's up with this dimd? I got in at 3+ something;watched it go to 10+ then begin to slide. Now we have a merger/takeover? Pardon my thickness,,,but don't stocks usually go up when they're being acquired? Somebody please tell me what I'm missing. Is this a good long term thing or what; and is this takeover now holding dimd's price down? Thanks in advance for the info I'm sure will follow
