Bob, Indonesia has always been scary to me, and unless you're a major company, these foreign locations have to be viewed very carefully. The west coast is fairly tough environmentally, but the Bacon Island operator shouldn't have any problem complying with the regs. in California. They are waiting on a reclamation bond, following which a rig can be obtained.
