bob, Maybe the screwed investor should get a five year tax holiday, or at least coupons to that effect from the Canadian government... It will be interesting if the only charges turn out to be the misdemeanors that have been speculated by both the investors and Dohlen himself. There has been a heavy price paid by the company and those invested in the company for what appear to be minot transgressions in a very undefined are in the law.

I would still like to know if Levy and Cry through its connections have provided all of this information, most of it bogus, to the RCMP. Given LVC's own paper trail, it is not out of the question. they must have known about the ahole secuity guard, for instance. I still don't see the reason for printing Levy's software concerns or secret negotiations with the Antiguan government as a concern for the RCMP and merited inclusion nin the warrant application. the entire situation seems very fishy.

It could very well be that Canada wanted a piece of the tax pie, but this will ultimately cost Canada not only the RCMP and court costs, but a reduced business in Vancouver as Starnet pulls out. Brilliantly done from start to finish. It must have been exciting for the cops when they could bash down the doors of a private business that they have followed to the point where it became apparent that they were moving. They must have equated Starnet to being a stolen auto ring or drug ring. "we better break in before they leave, eh?"

Good luck today.

Brian
