They try to get them out early so Oct. wouldn't present a problem as there is still a lot of time to the end of the year. People do tend to procrastinate until the last month to take action, as well, the tax benefits don't get realized until the end of April and so the saying goes, why tie my money up in Oct when i can wait to Dec.

This doesn't apply if the product is going to sell out. It is from this perspective that HDG would want to see the data sooner rather then later. As time progresses there will be more product out there and hence more competition for the dollar. They should therefor be pushing.

These flow through entities which essentially allow the investor to deduct the drilling costs are one of the few tax shelters left. Revenue have really gone after these in the last 4 or 5 years and so we are left with mining shelters and some film shelters. I already have a film deal on my desk so you can see what i mean when i say it gets harder to compete as the year end draws near.
