ICGE and USIT came public at a most inopportune time, in the midst of the August market lows. Yet, ICGE is up over 200% from where you could have bought it on the open market the day it started trading, USIT is similarly up over 80%. SFE is up about 20% over the same period. Is there a pattern here? I don't know, but it's something that I think bears close scrutiny and may provide for some future trading opportunities. A
