Thanks for your response. You are right, Paine Webber's analyst really showed a lot of class in his report. Beyond that, I appreciated his recognition of a behind the scenes, or not fully developed or disclosed, strategic relationship.
Thank you also for your level-headed Y2K analysis. I guess we'll know, if there is a September rally, whether it has already been discounted in and can then be deflated (which would inflate the market).
As further proof that I'm a worry wart, a new concern (vis-a-vis the market in general, not NITE specifically) is about money flows into Japan/Asia, and out of the United States. At least, that seems to be the concern de jure in the press I'm reading.
On the other hand, notwithstanding Y2K and money flow issues, I've tried to invest in what I believe to be companies that are undervalued and that can offer a nice return in the longer term. NITE is one of those companies. I suppose time will tell.
