DIMD is being acquired for .52 shares of SIII. So you do the math. The cognoscenti seems to have been disappointed beaucoup by SIII which seems to be in a very competitive industry.

I just got in because it seems like the new CEO of SIII is on the ball and DIMD is an MP3 pioneer.
