Michael; for you conservative - lg cap guys - MRO & OEI are my choices...

They just look cheaper than APA - allthough APA & APC are good solid calls...

PS - no one had better be mentioning that co in Canada either... maybe DVN is a better choice if you want Canadian exposure !

Also; per the earlier comments on OPEC's thinking here. I would not be surprise to see Brent average $21 for the 12 mo period of March 1999 to March 2000 - when OPEC's present cuts may end.... and a ''temporary'' bubble in Brent to the high $20's is something I think has better than a 60:40 chance of happening... before the end of winter.

OPEC will raise production in response to a ''bubble'' this winter - they will have to; to retain market share. In March - May; we will see how the market reacts; and to where they allow crude prices to settle in a - in response to OPEC's production increases... this will be when the Oil Majors ramp Cap Ex spending imho - not untill.
