It's coming up on "Do or Die" time for financing. My money's on "Do". Mass. will be voting soon on allowing ESL systems in place of item pricing. Rumors about suggest that some chains are considering large orders. My guess is once 1 chain puts in a big order others will follow. TLS doesn't have to get the first big order, just its share.
