NCD Preps PC, Thin Client Remote Software techweb.com " The product is different from competitors' products in that the NCD software is more application-neutral. Other software products control only Windows applications; NCD's software will control anything located on the users' desktops, including terminal-emulation applications connecting into mainframes and minicomputers, and X-Window applications connecting to a Unix server. Competitors to the NCD product include the Symantec and Microcom software, as well as Citrix Systems Shadowing capability and Windows 2000's Remote Control. The NCD software can also do multicasting, to allow systems administrators to control multiple users' desktops simultaneously, for training purposes. Pricing has not yet been determined. "
