There seem to be a lot of "ifs" in his plans....but if he can secure the trains and right of way thru the towns and cities mentions, then he may have added value that that will be of speculative grade investment......but there will certainly be a time limit for these rights, and will need casino operators to be onboard and the state of nevada gaming. "Ya Gotta Love this Guy" !!!!
