I don't hold AOL stock so I don't follow it that closely.

Actually I sort of like communicating with the text format. He "hides" his window behind whatever he is working on and since the IM is outside the firewall, he can talk freely. It would be great using the voice application at home, but for business it would be dicey unless you have a totally private office. It is saving A LOT on long distance bills...
