AZNT is on today's Daily List as scheduled for delisting: otcbb.com Pugs has been telling people on RB that AZNT filed as of 5:13pm last night. As such filings are electronic, they should appear immediately, or "real-time" as Edgar-online puts it. So far no sign of them. According to the OTC site, AZNT has until the close of business today to file all their missing financials to avert being delisted to the pink sheets, which would happen the morning of September 2nd. The status of this group of companies, whose trading symbols (as of January 4, 1999) begin with "AP" through "BI", will be evaluated as of the close of business on September 1, 1999. Securities of OTC Bulletin Board(OTCBB) companies that do not meet the Eligibility Rule requirements at that time will no longer be eligible for quotation on the OTCBB... ...Deletions will appear on the Daily List of August 30 (available on this Web site) and their removal will be effective at market-open on Thursday, September 2nd. otcbb.com - Jeff
