[OT??] ATI halted, pending news.... TORONTO (Dow Jones)--ATI Technologies Inc.'s (ATYT) stock tumbled 12% in Toronto earlier Tuesday on rumors the graphics chip company has lost a contract with computer maker Dell Computer Corp. (DELL) to Nvidia Corp. (NVDA). Officials at the three companies couldn't immediately be reached for comment. Analysts declined to comment on the situation until more details are available. The rumors are coming from a developers conference in California, analysts said. In Toronto, ATI's stock fell 2.40 to 17.60 on 2.3 million shares, before trading in ATI was halted. The stock was down 1 15/16 to 11 1/2 on Nasdaq, on 83,100 shares.
