Michelle, The fact that something is followed by different analysts may not be a big factor. Companies often request or negotiate for coverage by a specific analyst. There can be a lot of overlap in analyst coverage. BTW, Meeker's name is also on Ariba's coverage and she is featured on Ariba's web site for a B2B event.
