Clinton purportedly went into the Balkans to save lives. (Like Waco) Most analysts say Clinton caused more lives to be lost than had the limited "ethnic cleansing" continued. Many more should die this winter because of Clinton.

You are right though, Clinton has allowed the Albanians to pursue their own ethnic cleansing in the aftermath. Holbrooke today warned them off and told them they had better stop or the US would stop protecting them. He called the situation there "a mess".

Sounds like another typical Clinton victory, doesn't it? Hey, it helped divert from impeachment and his many many domestic scandals, so it was a victory for Clinton and cronies.
