Looks like STreetwalker was right.

WICHITA, Kan., April 2 (Reuter) - Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon Inc said Wednesday its
same-store sales for the March 25 first quarter declined 5.1 percent from a year ago.

During the period, 10 additional domestic Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon restaurants opened in
seven new markets.

The company also opened one Lone Star outlet in Australia and one Del Frisco's Double Eagle
Steak House restaurant in Denver.

Lone Star's 1997 development plans call for 60 domestic and 10 international Lone Star
Steakhouse & Saloon restaurants, six Sullivan's Steakhouse units and four DelFrisco's Double
Eagle Steak Houses.

The company owns and operates 216 domestic and 21 international Lone Star Steakhouses
restaaurants, two Sullivan's Steakhouse restaurants and three Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak
Houses.

For the first quarter, it posted earnings of $18.2 million or $0.44, up from $12.9 million or
$0.33 per share. Average shares rose to 41.3 million from 38.8 million. Net sales gained to
$130.3 million from $106.4 million.
