The answer is very simple,
Mr.CAMDESSUS,IMF chief, is obviously going to bed with the RUSSIANS or he is being threatened by the RUSSIAN MAFFIA ,give us the money or else. What a f@#$%%g moron MR. CAMDESSUS is.
What does he cares? It is not his money. It's the AMERICAN people's money,yours and mine.He should be forced to pay back all the money that has been stolen out of his pocket.
The "IMF" should be ABOLISHED and Mr. CAMDESSUS put in jail.
