Bill, did you check out LS's PR on HTEH? Appears the SNCG idea may be just a tack-on to his "plan" to haul concrete by train from the west coast (imported from Asia) to Las Vegas (fastest growing city in the country!!). Although he doesn't say it explicitly, my guess is that these trains (assuming this deal happens) will haul both concrete and gamblers....a happy combination of cement blocks and block heads. Oh, this is fun! Kip
