I suppose I should have put a little smiley face in there somewhere, trying to ask a serious question in a lighthearted manner. I know there is a rule of thumb on discount and yield to maturity vs. risk of failure. I don't know what the rule is. I do think it is an interesting question to address. So, instead of "no", do you have an idea what loss probability it implies? The second part of my post was an aside. That of course is the point of all our work on this, and all the postings on this thread. Regards, JS
