I've been away from the markets for a few days. Today looks pretty good for the big techs. Volume looks pretty average, not low. It's both a blessing and a curse not to be able to follow the market now and then. It's actually really good to see once again that there is a whole world, a whole economy, that goes on no matter what my investment portfolio does.

re: Feds who run their mouths out of school - I think they should be censured. They should run their mouths at specific times of the year, at specific venues.

I'd like to see AOL move back up again, but this time I would prefer not to see another explosion in the price. I think nice, steady growth to parallel the growth in subscriber base and ad revenues would be ideal. Unfortunately, that's not what the market seems to do.
