elmatador, I was not really watching IBM closely but with 30 billion in new service deals announced recently, (per the focus article on the CSCO/IBM deal), I will take a closer look. what is your opinion? I was curious in my post to Gary what CSCO might do to fill the telco product support void. Might you have any thoughts there? Brian
