BURBANK, Calif., and LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 31, 1999-- Phoenix Media Group Ltd. (OTC BB:PXMG) and Canadian
Cool Clear Wtaa Inc. (OTC BB:WTAA) have reached a preliminary agreement for the production, marketing and sales of Manfred Moose
Joose(tm) brand bottled drinking water.
Initial production is targeted for October 1999 at a facility in Roseville, Calif., with the greater San Francisco Bay area as the first market.
