What you are talking about is school sponsored coerced group prayer, which the Supreme Court has ruled unconstitutional. You child has every right to pray silently by himself or in a group, so long as it doesn't disrupt the class. Why don't you Christians pray silently, as your Jesus has instructed you to do, rather than insist on making a spectacle of it?
