It is once more that time of the day when you learn that dilution has increased again and the conversion price has receded more. Not only is Klemencic's analysis flawed, his timing has never been better from a contrarian perspective. Contrarians everywhere encourage klemencic to provide more guesses soon. ; )

The six lowest closing bid prices for the last ten trading days:

8/18 4 17/32
Out 8/24 4 3/4
8/25 4 9/16
8/26 4 1/2
8/27 4 5/16
8/30 4 11/32
8/31 4 5/16
Average = $4.39, down from $4.50
Conversion price = $4.43, down from $4.55
Conversion amount approx. = 1,736,000 shares versus 1,692,000 based on the previous conversion.

CC would get approx. 44,000 more shares with today's continuing decline in conversion price.

Finally, the conversion will recede further tomorrow if the closing bid is not higher than 4 17/32. The 8/18 price becomes stale after Wed. The closing bid resumed its inexorable decline today after a 1 day hiatus of up 1/32.
