Yes, the final sentence of #reply-11120770 should have read:
If they do file ALL of the missing Edgar reports (including the audited 10-K for 1998) then presumably they will either not be removed or (if it occurs on or after 9/2/99) will return to the OTCBB.

(or were you making a different point?)
