minutes after..Today i spoke with Mr.Peters as invited in his e...
My list of concerns can not be legally,elaberated in detail as i have
requested due to sec regulations of insider info,and short of an
audit..However our conversation was very productive and positive future
outlook as i preceived it.
1. subcribers signed on for internet package?currently more than one
pakage has been advertised,with approximatly 600 members signed through
isp, generating over 10,000 minutes thru FNET,generating over 25,000 in
revenues per month....If you are savy u will realize these figures don't
reflect the 19.95 sign up fee due to add on options.
2. who is investor relations? Helen West is...Mr. Peters apologizes to
all having problems contacting HELEN, he was unaware of the depth in
which I have expressed our non success rate in reaching live investor
inquries.I relayed the post which mentioned the postee had given up
contact after 20 times, and still purchased the stock...I myself have
made many repeat calls with no live comm. and no return call after
leaving messages..Mr. Peters would like calls to be limited to 8 minutes
or less, this is hard to accomadate due to helens indepth responce and
over whelming calls.. Littea Swortz is Helens back-up and has been out
on maternity and is returning very soon to assist.
3. Maguder lawsuit? Yes there are several suits.. FCM has won suit
against maguder, and expects settlement of 2 additional suits from same
group to be infavor of fcm..Maguder is currently employed by USAT
foreign division.
4. FCM PUBLIC RELATIONS; FCM is currently interveiwing pr ferms to
represent and promote FCM.. in addition an advisory board is forming to
direct the pr focuse..
5. Fortune Magizine? MR.Peters beleives Ron Weavers article will be in
the september 26th issue that should be on news stands about the 15th of
sept.
6. Officer Messages updates on website? My reqest is for officers
including Ron to update messages at least once per month..Mr. Peters
agrees thers a need for more indepth messages however officers are
reluctant due to sec regulations of foreward looking statements...to
meet sec regulations most messages would have to be actual news press
releases, limiting officers ability to articulate as they would like...
also aparently most vendor/resellers want limited info released due to
there competitors knowledge of there actual capabilities and expansion
of their company products..
7.EDWARD Driscoll, Bayside Networks,Computer Plus,Elanet Corp., details
of agreements? Frank relayed that all these companies will have a future
press release giving more detailed information..

8. USAT RELATIONSHIP? FCM is absolutly continuing business with usat!!!!
last quarter was flatish with the reported 2.5 million, quarter after
that is at 4 million..USAT has anchored new financing and continue
orders...read usat press and u will find a budget of 1 to 3 million per
month..
9. Star Networks? Is in phase 1 of a 10 unit order!!!! currently have
purchased 3 POPS..POPS are basiclly DVG units with add ons... each POPS
unit sells between 80,000 and 180,000 depending on the amount of add
ons... additional units are expected... currently present in Pearague,
Brazil, Nigeria,
excuss my spelling, and unfortunitly this is interpritting my notes
after conversation with Mr.P , i 'd prefer writen email responce but sec
regulations as well time consumming for fcm.. MY opinion is very strong
future for longs.. I have since last december recomended thi s stock to
friends as a buy anytime possible to purchase under 1.6250 and all will
make $$$$$...I still beleive this even more so now.. everyone due therir
own dd please...IF I am addressed for qustions after this post please
