Lloyd, I haven't heard when the meeting will be, but I expect Kirk to let me know when it is set up. He wants this new company to be LAUNCHED, so it isn't going to be a trivial thing, especially since it's a brand new company. I expect not only to see what the resumes of the new directors are like, but to get some idea of what the new acquisitions may be. Of course I could be wrong, this is just wishful thinking on my part so far. But one thing I can guarantee, it won't be boring.
