If you are interested in learning about small gold mining and milling operations, I would suggest you check out this company in Colorado.

They are similar in that they are mining small underground quartz veins. They are not using cyanide but they are using conventional grinding and gravity recovery. The website has some pictures of some of the mining and milling systems. Also, note the discussion of reserves and grades. I hope this helps.

PS This is not meant to be a hype for this company. I owned some of their stock at one time but I sold it about six months ago.
