You haven't missed much over the summer, William. We have been in a semi-defensive position since April . . . and only lightly played some on bounces. We jumped into internets a week or so ago. . . then lightened up waiting for next entry point. I think today's might have been a suckers rally on Inuts. All summer the market was greatly manipulated as we had discussed months ago. We played gold stocks for 25+ percent. . by calling the bottom and the top to the day. Meanwhile, we had some fun with some IPOs and picked some broadband winners for next year. . . and put some "outpacers" on a watch list. Some of us picked up HLIT at 84. . .it ran 30 points in the last 7 trading hours. . .to a high near 130. Very frustrating for me. . .I had been watching it very closely to pick a point to jump back in yesterday. . . watched all day long. . . I generally never take phone calls during the trading day. . .but took one from a reporter from a top business newspaper. . . went back to check on HLIT and it had run 10 points on me in about 5 minutes. . . . then today it adds 20 more before pulling back a few. Meanwhile, the site is coming along well; with all the bells and whistles that you could expect. . .designed by and for the online traders. . .I have asked everyone to send me their email addresses to: Rande@writeme.com . . . this way I can contact them directly about future developments. . .without offending the host site. There will be very little mention of the site on this thread by me, in respect for the hosting companies. . . so we are asking all lurkers, readers and regulars to keep those addresses coming. Charts today looked like the rides at Six Flags. . .hopefully things will be back to normal next week. Rande Is
