Well, here is a tiny voice in this fading forest Today's action in TSQD, 261K traded, up .53, finds the volume higher than DRIV's itself, and the closing prices just about on a 6 for 1 ratio. Sounds to me like someone knows what the swap ratio is going to be and did a little arbitrage work today. My own speculation has been at 6 to 6.5 by the time all the candy is doled out to the insiders, so today's action only surprising in that the sellers were available. Now if DRIV could get on a tear, we will see whether the ratio holds up for any length of time. Cheers, David
