Of course, there is another, very distant, possibility.... What if today's buyers were in the know that the existing TSQD deal was going to be scrapped by DRIV in favor of selling the TSQD shell with DRIV shares the only asset? A large company with which a major commercial partnership was hanging in the balance could be the candidate. Company X wants the DRIV investment as part of the overall deal, agrees to pay a hefty premium for TSQD to get same. Suddenly the lowball deal conveniently made for DRIV's interest a few weeks ago is out the window and fair value for TSQD is achieved! Dream on, my friends..... Cheers, David
