I've learned far more from Valueman, Jeff, and many others about financial and technical details of GSTRF and of Loral than I could have possibly learned on my own. For that, I hope all of you who are still in make a hell of a lot of money. But let me give you one more piece of evidence which made me think I'd made the right choice to bail on LOR...at least for now. One thing I do know a bit about is how to prep CEOs and top execs for media interviews, since that is one of the things I do for a living. BS's media appearance yesterday was not one of his best performances. IMHO, he was far too reactive and not nearly aggressive enough in hammering home talking points or key messages. Don't get me wrong. I think he's pretty damned good overall. Nonetheless, my thinking is that if he would have had some strong talking points or key messages to deliver, we would have heard them because I can't believe anybody of his talent and experience would have blown that opportunity. The interview looked more like damage control than anything else. That is just one more thing that makes me think things are not quite on track. Having said that, to paraphrase Dennis Miller, "But what do I know. I could be wrong."
