Little Engine Sorry it took so long to respond to your misstatements - okay, LIES. I did receive a proxy today and it contains just what the PR said it would. You KNOW there is not a company in existence that has met every deadline they've ever made. As the Chief told you, the Guthy-Renker products will be up soon. And lastly, you keep posting half of what the December 1997 PR said regarding financials. Here is the meat of it: announced today its intention to comply with NASDAQ's announced requirements of this past week to remain on the OTC Bulletin Board. It is the company's intention to file the required statements with appropriate governing bodies as soon as possible. The company expects to meet all required NASDAQ initiated requirements in 1998 and in the future. The company also announced its intention to register its treasury stock of AmeriNet Financial Systems (ANFS, OTC Bulletin Board) and that it intends to sell a portion of its holdings to several private investors. The company will use these proceeds to conclude the necessary accounting and legal documents to be in full compliance with all NASDAQ guidelines. The balance of the proceeds will be used to complete an acquisition the company intends to announce in early 1998." How can they accomplish "B" without accomplishing "A"? Why do you think they are in the middle of a lawsuit? Why do you continue to post half-truths? You can pick this apart all you want and you can continue to post half-truths, but it won't change the facts, and everyone is on to you. CSage
