Luc,
One of the things about P&F is that the charts look the most bullish at the top. That is why there are individual sector Bullish Percentages. The BP for Oil Services is in the overbought territory and it is up against resistance. Had I looked at the BP for oil services, I would have tempered my earlier response. My own indicators are telling me to be careful (I just have to pay attention to them).
