I know what you're saying, but I was using the word, in quotes, that Steven did, and thought it's meaning was clear enough, in context, Proponent would have been better, no doubt. Though I don't think anyone holds themselves out to be an exemplar or model of PC, and although it's mentioned from time to time, I don't know how much interpreting or explaining has gone on. I think it's been assumed everybody knew what it was.
