Gary;

Greetings! Your excellent analysis and discussion has pulled me back from lurking to posting! Reminds me of your excellent work on XYLN. As a matter of fact NITE reminds me somewhat of XYLN: profitable, excellent product (service?), making tons of dough, yet has a stock that has been taken out and shot.

I would like to offer these thoughts:

1) NITE made $0.30 in the last six months of last year and is looking at $0.80+ over the last six months of this year.
2) 20X this year's earnings at the above growth rate is almost funny, to say the least (I know this isn't a new revelation, but bears repeating.)
3) the company is moving rapidly to diversify.
4) the stock is acting like it's bottoming: higher lows and higher highs since 8/10: e.g. assume today was another low:
Date "Low"Close Volume
8/10 30.25 8.9MM
8/19 30.56 4.4MM
8/31 32.75 6.8MM
should be positive if we can hold 32.75 from here on out.
5) "talk" on the way down to the bottom has been incredibly negative (ECN's, slowdown of OLB's, etc.).

FWIW, I think the OCT 35 calls offer a pretty interesting opportunity in addition to the stock itself.

Just my random thoughts, thanks again for turning this board around.

Tom
