BROOMALL, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 2, 1997--Scangraphics Inc.
(NASDAQ: SCNG), announced the appointment of Colin B. Matthews to
the position of president of Sedona GeoServices, Inc., a subsidiary
of the company.
Colin Matthews has most recently been president, COO and a
director of Denbridge Capital Corp., Canada, a TSE-listed
venture capital/merchant bank to high technology and junior resource
companies.
Concurrently, he was chief executive officer of Denbridge Digital
Group, a consolidation of several Denbridge international technology
companies into a single operational entity which focused on Vessel
Traffic Management, Air Traffic Control, Highway Traffic Management
business sectors.
Matthews first became a part of the Denbridge organization in
1994, when a company which he co-founded in 1992, RMSL Traffic
Systems Ltd., was acquired by Denbridge Capital in a $50 million
transaction.
Matthews was vice president and general manager of US
Operations for Cornix Systems Inc. from 1991 to 1992. He was with
Cubic Corp., a $500 million AMEX traded company, from 1982 to
1991, where he was vice president of marketing from 1988 to 1991.
