Don't count on it or get your hopes up. I expect them to post respectable revenue gains, but nothing out of this world. I also expect R&D to outstrip revenue gains because they are ramping up clinical trials which are very expensive.

The fact that they can only market their one FDA approved product in the US with strict limitations will limit their marketing ablities. I think this is partly why they are trying to get independent confirmation from leading cancer research centers of their product's abilities. I expect the stock to languish until later this year (3Q and 4Q). I see short-term risk of the stock testing 4 (especially if the market keeps of this lovely downward trend). Still bullish on the company, but am realistic about short-term realities.
