After Kernaghan finishes converting all his debentures, he will own TPII. You'll have to do the math to see just how many shares that might be. Just from memory, I think it was nearly 30 million additional. After that, I see no reason why he wouldn't do a 1-5 reverse split to get back to 10M and clean everyone out. - Jeff
